Steve Force
So I have decided to update my synth arsenal, selling off the Evolvers (MEK and PER) to score a Mopho X4 (that should arrive tomorrow weather permitting.) As I have a Prophet 08 Rack in the arsenal I, of course, want to dive into polychaining the Mopho X4 and the P08, as according to what I read on the DSI documentation is the same architecture. Anyone with any experience polychaining these Bad Boys? Thanks. Steve Force, Durham, North Carolina -------- My Professional Websites
Steve Force
(CROSS-POST from This thread.) Polychain for the most part works just swell! The exceptions are the P08 does not support the sub Octave control (the thing that makes the MOFO x4 AND the SubPhatty so friggin cool) nor the Feedback function; however, having 12 VOICES available simply rocks. GDP
Sorry, this is what you need to polychain DSI gear. Works well, I did this with a Mopho kbd and Tetra. Effects must be run on the mixer aux buss.
Steve Force
Ah! Thanks. I posted that while awaiting the Mopho x4 and now that I have one easily polychained them.
