Oh boy. Just what we need - another "Greatest _________ Ever" thread.

 

With what criterion should we judge? Ability to throat sing? Ability to juggle live cats while singing? Ability to twerk while singing? Ability to scat? Yodel?

 

You say "PoTAHto", I say "French Fries."

Tee brother, indeed... Callas didn't have the greatest tone quality, but she was profoundly sublime in the category of dramatic emotion.

Great voice and great actrice too. She was lucky to have talented directors work with her (Zeffirelli and others) and be the wife of a super rich guy.mHer voice was mind blowing.
