16251 Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 So, I'm quite late to party when I say I just saw movie - Drumline (drum & bugle bands.) I must say this is a great movie about musicians, rhythm, and life. I really liked how one musician can challenge another person's musicianship and if the person looses his spot, he/she is whispered too by director and it's very respectful. The other thing I thought about was why the Superbowl continues with a gi-normous 1/2 time show? IMO seeing groups like in that movie would be much more entertaining. I know about the ratings, etc. but I think we're at a breaking point for pointless spectaculars and need to get back to real football 1/2time shows.
