Multi-keyboard setup on stage

I use the text field on the Kronos Set List mode to cheat a bit on a few songs ...

I tried that early on ... but found that the font size was so tiny I couldn't read it without putting my face a regulation 12 inches away from it.

These days, it's an iPad running OnSong velcroed to a flat spot on either side of my Kronos. Which side the iPad gets placed depends on which side of the stage I'm set up on. If I'm on the left side of the stage I place the iPad on the right side - so that if I'm looking at it - it appears that I'm simply I'm looking over at my bandmates.

My OnSong "charts" are unconventional ... typically a few rudimentary chord symbol, The first few words of a lyric and of course, info on what patches I use for the tune. It's easy and relatively discreet.

In any case, I always want organ on top of piano, so I can use either hand

If I could get my organ on top of my piano with either hand, I'd get a lot more interest from the women at the shows ;)

ok sorry.... it's a snarky morning...
