Replacing VR-760 with midi controller?

Unfortunately, i am having to down size some gear and replace the vr760 with a 61 keyboard.

I have grown to really like the Roland and tweaked it to sound pretty good... But, i need the money selling it would bring. It is also 76 keys and slightly too large in my very small room and cannot use drawbars to control vst's.

I am hoping not to spend more than£ 400 max.

My options are vmk 161 organ plus ( often see posts suggesting to avoid it but can never find a fully sourced review)

Or... Casio xw-p1 with its dedicated drawbar controls.

I have narrowed it down to these two to control vb3 ( looked axiom and novation already).

If i could get a korg cx3 digital that would be great but they are rare.

Your advice is greatly appreciated

Other possibilities could be Arturia, Roland, CME... they all have soundless 61-key controllers with 9 programmable sliders. I think the choice would largely come down to what you personally feel about the actions. Is this going to be strictly for organ playing? Or are you going to have to do piano and/or synth on it as well? For synth, the aftertouch some of these have can be nice, and you did have it on your VR-760. OTOH, the "synthier" feeling boards are often the worst for piano.

Maybe this is the best place for a shameless plug! Our now not-so-new new video at https://youtu.be/3ZRC3b4p4EI is a 40 minute adaptation of T. S. Eliot's "Prufrock" - check it out! And hopefully I'll have something new here this year. ;-)
