timwat
So there's a Korg R3 listed on the Bay Area CL for $275. Described as "clean and complete". I have some unrequited love for the little beast, so I figure a pristine one for two bills? Maybe... Knowing the R3 has a reported history of bad pots, an output going bad, etc., I ask if the thing has the "knobs not returning to zero" problem, any other problems, etc. The short sentence I get back, which I quote in full: "I think you aught to buy a new one with a warranty" Haha. Thank you for fully answering my question...and I mean that sincerely. ..

RudyS
Funny story, but it is actually a shame that it's the truth... Rudy
