Fred_C
Save some money AND get some great tone with a pair of Golden Age / Parsons Street vintage P.A.F. style humbuckers from Stewart-MacDonald; mixed-set of AlNiCo 2 for the neck, AlNiCo 5 for the bridge. Caevan knows what he's talking about. On his recommendation I put a set of Alnico 2 Golden Age Parson Street humbuckers in my '97 Epiphone Sheraton II and they sound beautiful. Well defined articulate tone from the neck pickup (I tend to only play the neck pickup. I play Jazz and Blues. The warm, fat tone from the neck pickup is perfect for the music I play. If you play cool, you are cool.
Fred_C
A set of Duncan 59s with a coil tap would do the job quite nicely! +1. Have 'em in a couple of guitars and love them. For a non-intrusive coil tap mod look into the Seymour Duncan Triple Shot pickup rings... http://www.seymourduncan.com/products/accessories/triple-shot-mou/triple_shot_swi/ I have SD 59's installed in my Heritage H575 Custom. They sound warm and mellow on Chord Melody Jazz Standards and show some "bite" when playing Blues. As other forum members have observed, you can't go very far wrong with any of the pickups on your list. If you play cool, you are cool.

GuyMMcCord
1 vote for Gibson Classic 57. I have tried some Gibson Hollow for jazz and don't want to use any other brands. The pickups give me the tone i love for jazz - very warm and smooth.
