Looking for an old thread

I always struggle with the search function of the Forum & some of you guys are real experts. I'm looking for an old thread where we discussed how flawed a bar owner's business plan is if he bases his business on what bands draw.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Steve,

I can't remember the thread you're talking about, but you could try to search via Google.

Type in the search words and then add:

site:forums.musicplayer.com

That usually works for me if I can't find something with the forum's search engine.

It's not a clone, it's a Suzuki.

There have been tons and tons of threads like that. Usually they start out about something else and migrate to that topic. Are you talking about the one that started with a link to an article somebody wrote on the subject a few months ago?

Thanks Sven, that's the one I was looking for. And thanks to the rest of you as well. I tried Google & that didn't work for me either.

I want to send it around to the rest of the band that I'm currently playing with, so when they get the "You didn't draw.", they would have a comeback.

Again, thanks everyone. I love this place.

Here's how I found it through Google (apologies for using LMGTFY, but it illustrates the process more easily than describing it ;) ):

Clonk here

The thread in question had the subject "Working for cheap". :thu:
