timwat
These seem to be the three players du jour in the internet radio space these days, but to my first glance appear to be 3 different animals aimed at 3 different types of uses. Can any experienced users enlighten / educamate me? ..
Mark Zeger
I only use the Clear Channel app to hear the Jim Rome show on my local station via smartphone when I'm driving long distance. I'm finding the commercial load on Pandora has increased almost to the point of annoyance, however, the programming is very good. Haven't yet tried Spotify. Malpaugh
I'm using Spotify but I also like Grooveshark as it has a bigger selection that Spotify misses.
mate stubb
I use Grooveshark when I want to listen to a specific tune or set up a specific playlist. Pandora excels at finding music that you like but haven't heard before. Synthoid
I use Grooveshark when I want to listen to a specific tune or set up a specific playlist. +1 My favorite for music while I'm at work... or browsing online. I enjoy playing older tunes I haven't heard in a long time. When an eel hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's a Moray.

V Is For Visitor
The problem I have with grooveshark is there is a very simple way for a listener to add any song they luisten to to their mp3 library. It is hard enough to sell music as it is, but having a service on this level providing a way to giveaway music that is expensive and time consuming to write and record, it is a real disservice to the artist. RABid
I use Pandora and the annual subscription is cheap enough for me to pay and not worry about advertising. It is a good way to find new music and I like the click to buy feature that leads me to Amazon. This post edited for speling.
