offnote
Few days ago I have downloaded CVPiano which was suggested to me by some sound engineer. He told me although old it sounds still very well and he was right. Right of the box it doesn't though it has to be tweaked because you could hear all kinda noises coming from pedal or hammers. Fortunately I found video with tips how to tweak it and results are really good. The Piano is KAWAI grand piano, 7'4", residing in Electric LarryLand Studios, Austin, TX. The piano had been recently rebuilt, and is known for it's shimmering, clear tone. It has been used on many recordings made by nine-time Grammy winning engineer, Larry Seyer. p.s. I wonder why tascam stopped developing it...
Bridog6996
Hm, thought I'd give it a try, but the installer aborts, saying it requires Service Pack 2 or higher, despite the fact that I have SP 3. According to the comments, that seems to be a pretty common problem. My YouTube Channel
