Congrats for getting where you are. I quit when I was 27 (I'm 55 now) and it was the only New Years resolution I ever made. It was also the smartest thing I ever did. When you get to one year, you've truly done it.

Goo job amigo. Smoking Tobacco was the dumbest thing I ever did to myself, I quit when I was 33 (a long time ago) Of course at the time I was able to smoke other things to supplement my cravings http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/artists/just_cuz/JC-hysterical.gif

Awesome. Man I quit a couple years ago. My new saying is" if its too brown turn it down!"
Why do you lay down? I say that it beats standing up! whats got you feeling so down? I hold up my empty cup!

i like brown things better than green...hee hee...

old-school...oaxan, michouxan, red....thai...mmmmmmmmm...

THAT i'll still consider.

i have smoked a couple 'rettes at gigs. but only there. no cravings, no bullsh*t, surprising, cuz i was smoking them little filtered cigar things for the last year or so.

weird...seems like laying off the carbs killed my desire for nicotine. is there a connection? beats me...but i'm wondering.

thanks for the props/love/support guys...ya'lls the best!!!!!

I never smoked tobacco, other than trying once or twice at 15, and discovering I didn't like it....

Still, everyone has said it's hard to quit, so my congrats to anyone who has done so, or is trying to!

I managed to quit smoking pot many years ago - luckily it's not physically addictive. Also, luckily, I don't hang out with people inviting me to smoke a joint with them - it might prove tempting! I didn't quit because I didn't LIKE it... LOL

POT i will still smoke on occaision. i play in a band called "the smokin' herb", we're playing for the first time in a couple years today. our catch phrase used to be, "we're smokin' herb, and hope ya'll are too..."

now, it's gonna be "we're smokin' herb....and we've been decriminalized...."

:D
