Badwatcher
So, anyone here use a Variax? I tried one of the old ones a few years back and hated how they played. I've just been reading about these new James Tyler ones, they look like they could be a significant improvement. I must say I'd enjoy the convenience of having all those sounds but I'm a stickler for a good old fashioned strat. What do you think?
picker
I had a Variax 600 and loved it. Haven't played the new ones yet. Always remember that you are unique. Just like everyone else.
Terrell
I don't understand why they don't just break out the electronics!?!?! I'll go all out on the electronics and play some weird ass shit. But, I'm way too set in my ways to play some stock guitar!

But, I'm way too set in my ways to play some stock guitar! Warmoth sells bodies routed for the Line 6 electronics if you wanna go custom. I don't think you can buy just the electronics, though. If you could, you'd probably have to pay as much as you would for their whole guitar. But hey, with today's construction methods, what big name manufacturer ISN'T turning out "stock" guitars? Always remember that you are unique. Just like everyone else.
