Marillo Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Having listened to a few YouTubes of the PC3 organs I can't help feeling that the SP4-7 rotary sim is much weaker/less pronounced. Hitting the switch just doesn't seem to make THAT much difference, especially in solo passages (it's easier to hear the change in chordal work). Someone has suggested that this is because there are fewer effects chains on the SP4-7, but if so this does rather give the lie to the marketing bumph that 'no corners were cut'. It may be me hearing things (or not!)...don't know if Dave W or anyone else could confirm this. I'm still happy with the SP4-7, I should add !
thomsurf Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 Still a problem for you Marillion? I'm currently awaiting for more units to arrive in the stores. They keep postponing the delivery date.. Yamaha CP88, EV zxa1
