bhodaway10 Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Hi guys, Any opinions either way? Tuki or Le Cover I have a Studioslips case for my XK lower manual. It's the "double pad" but I would say it's a little on the thin side. Thanks! www.brianho.net http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/brianho www.youtube.com/brianhojazz
Adan Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 I've bought several covers from LeCover, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Great product service at a fair price. the padded covers are the way to go. And it seems to be a family business. Never used Tuki. Gigging: Crumar Mojo 61, Hammond SKPro Home: Vintage Vibe 64
musicbysterling Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 I ordered a padded cover for my Leslie 145 from LeCover a few years back, and it arrived with cutouts for handles on the sides, which my Leslie did not have. Apparently, the template they had on file was for a Leslie with handles. Larry, made another sans cutouts and shipped it promptly, telling me to just keep the first cover. I sold the original to a friend cheap, making my cash outlay even less. Hats off the Larry for his great customer service. Ah, music," he said, wiping his eyes. "A magic beyond all we do here! J.K. Tonysounds Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Le Cover, all the way. Been using his stuff for 15 years at least. A horn player who needed to do something to supplement his income, so a musician taking care of musicians. Need any other reason? Hitting "Play" does NOT constitute live performance. -Me.
