Wally Malone
I'm sure that Jeremy has met more Lowdowners than any of us. For the one with me Jeremy could put up our photo of Bassed on Jazz. Wally Thanks for sharing the pics! Jeremy should put up a thread with the pics of him and every forumite he's met. Peace. --SW I have basses to play, places to be and good music to make! jeremy c
There certainly have been a lot of forum members that I have been privileged to meet. Some of them stopped posting a long time ago, so only a few old timers will even remember them. I don't think I have pictures of everyone and I'm really afraid that if I make a list, I might leave someone out and inadvertently make someone feel bad. I've enjoyed meeting every single one of you. This is certainly a great group. Free download of my cd!.
slowfinger
Just fitted the Fat Beams, tuned up and had a little play. No setup was needed. I like them already - puts a bit of twang in the thud. I nearly made an expensive blunder when fitting the first string (the A) - I slipped the bead into the bridge, laid out the string and cut it 2" and a bit past the peg. However, while laying it out the bead popped out un-noticed so I ended up cutting it an inch shorter than I planned. Fortunately I still get about 1 1/2 turns around the peg and it seems to be holding ok. Epi EB-3 G-K Backline 600 2 x Eden EX112
