hcted
Now, I am trying to write an all eletric guitar 'song' so to speak, like at later times lyrics can be added to some spots. The problem is I don't know how to start it off, I have the guts but I never know how to being it, that is my main problem. Any help?
Psycho-Spud
I put on a tasty drum track and start playing rhythm. Either chords or riffs. Change them around and soon something good will pop up.
AnthonyCeseri
I'd recommend, just jamming something out and seeing what happens. Don't worry about whether or not it's perfect... the more you do, the more you'll learn from what you did previously. Just let it fly, ma man! : ) http://www.SuccessForYourSongs.com/ A Resource for Songwriters & Performers

godchuanz
Do you play any other instruments? Sometimes, just taking breaks from your own music or listening to others' music can be inspirational. www.pitchfeather.com
