This was last year with Chuck Loeb (guitar), Eric Marienthal (Sax), Matt Cooper (Piano), Oscar Seaton (drums), Pragmo (synths), Wakake (percussions) and I on bass. There is an Official recording of this show on DVD.....great sound on it too! So, Saxofunk and all, it's yo lucky day I'll mail DVDs, free of charge, to the first 10 LDLD members who visit www.thejazzsafari.com and drop us a line in the guestbook! How's that folks? The Sax player with black hat on is a legend in these parts, been a band leader for his band Afrigo Band for 40 years!! He's called Moses Matovu. He jammed with us. Guitarist Chuck Loeb has since joined Fourplay in the place of Larry Carlton.
