Dan Schubart
At a show in Vancouver in 1972 (?) I saw Harvey Mandel et all in Pure Food and Drug Act (Harris, Conte, Resnick and Lagos) and they did this modal almost trance-like song that had a line in it something like: "Why don't you cut that joker loose, and come fly with me to L.A." I've looked all over for it, bought albums by all and sundry and still have this somewhat haunting memory, as yet unconfirmed. Anyone able to help out here? Thanks so much.
