Tom Fiala
My standby amp, the KBR-3d had developed a hum, out of the XLR outputs. Very annoying at gigs, when you're trying to give the sound guy a feed. I called up Motion Sound 's service department. Spoke to Richard. He gave me some trouble shooting things to try, and when they didn't work, I sent the chassis of the amp in for service. (OMG - there are lots of bolts holding that thing in!) The amp came back today - less than 2 week turnaround, including shipping by UPS ground. Our local amp shop (Wells) won't even get to looking at your amp in two weeks! It sounds even better than when I got it - as a few upgrades were done. Less background noise, etc. I'm very pleased. Thumbs up to Richard at Motion Sound service. Tom F. "It is what it is." David Loving
The MS people are really fine. Their customer service is tops. "Forget it, Jake. It's Chinatown."
Mr. Nightime
When I blew the diaphram on my Pro 3TM, I called them, and had a replacement in a very short time. Only problem is they don't work on Friday. "In the beginning, Adam had the blues, 'cause he was lonesome. So God helped him and created woman. Now everybody's got the blues." B3bluesman59
In my limited dealings with the MS tech department they always went out of their way to make things right.
ITGITC
My standby amp, the KBR-3d had developed a hum... What? Did it forget the lyrics? Tom Fiala
Unfortunately, it was also tone deaf, and the humming was rather monotonous... Tom F. "It is what it is."
lucasb
I needed a replacement 1/4" jack from them and they sent it out right away and (I believe) didn't even charge me the postage!
