And I even found a bag (for guitar effect pedal racks) in which it fits snugly in:

Now I just have to figure out how to program a synthesizer... :)

It's not a clone, it's a Suzuki.

What is gear pr0n?

Gear pr0n or gear pornography is the depiction of explicit GAS-ual subject matter for the purposes of GAS-ual excitement.

pr0n is kewl internet slang. You see, the guys that are "1337" turn several letters into numbers, e.g. the "o" into a "0" or the "a" into a "4". Also, turning around letters typo-like is kewl. "The" becomes "teh", "porn" becomes "pron".

For clarification purposes I'd like to add that neither I think I am "kewl" nor am I an extreme internet n3rd. However, I am youngish, thus there is a slight affiliation to internet terminology. As a matter of fact, I was using the term "pr0n"

a) with a humorous intent and

b) as this is a family forum, I wouldn't like to open a discussion under the rather blunt title of "porn".

It's not a clone, it's a Suzuki.

Mo, welcome to the R3 family. Programming is easy..use the software editor. It is easy once you get the hang of it.

When you are done installing the software and twiddling with the board, you need to check out the forum and download sections at the Korg Forums. There are some great and useful sounds out there.

Yamaha (Motif XS7, Motif 6, TX81Z), Korg (R3, Triton-R), Roland (XP-30, D-50, Juno 6, P-330). Novation A Station, Arturia Analog Experience Factory 32
