You might even be able to find out if they have it if you search from the 'site of such a library (maybe public library systems, as well?) or contact them online... Universities that offer music here in mexico are counted with the fingers of my left hand sadly, and to that, i have NO Fing idea of where they are located... i dont think there is such a thing as a public library here either now that i come to think about it...
