Braxat
I was thinking... and no, thats not the cause of that funny smell... we, me, you, us... have along the years collected tabs scores and sheets of music some rare some cummon some funny hard some funny easy, the point is, i was thinking what if we where to post a tab or score or two a day or a week, so that other players in the forum can learn that song if interested and in that way everyone would increase their repertoire, this would be, if im not mistaken, for academic purposes and there for would not break any laws or copyrights, what do you guys think? A String
Unfortunately, it does break copyright laws. We aren't allowed to post tabs or scores here. Craig Stringnetwork on Facebook String Network Forum My Music

A String
Every once and a while, they go around and shut them all down. Then slowly, new ones pop up. Craig Stringnetwork on Facebook String Network Forum My Music
Braxat
yea, i hear that happened to the GP tab site, thought that text and pdfs for classical pieces would be allowed though, oh well, sounded good for a moment =) thanks! A String
I'm not sure about classical stuff. I'm sure that certain arrangements are owned by companies an individuals. The problem would be researching each piece before posting it to find out if the arrangement is owned or is public property. Far too many legalities involved for it to really work out.
