Eddie Jobson Tour (and New Tribute Project)

Hi everyone!

 

It's great to be back; it has been a while.

 

For those who are interested, keyboardist/violinist Eddie Jobson (ex-Zappa, Tull, UK, Roxy Music, and a onetime Keyboard Magazine newcomer of the year) will be doing an instrumental solo tour on the East Coast and a couple of midwest cities this August. He and his new UKZ band were excellent in their recent show that I saw in NYC this January. The solo tour will feature various session musicians including Simon Phillips and Greg Howe. Also, those of us who made the first tribute album to Eddie (Theme of Appreciation) are organizing a second tribute project and you are welcome to contribute. It's called "Eddie in One Minute" and will consist of one-minute compositions.
