sorry comat...no idea!

BUT...I did own a samick 5 string bass in the early 90s and it had the same logo (way before the Greg Bennet designed line)so perhaps that might indicate it's vintage _ albeit very roughly.

That's a tough one! I think maybe it's been quite a while since Samick made that model.

Where did you get those images, comat? Whose guitar is that? Knowing where you got those pictures could help track one down for you...

EDIT:

lightbulb.gif Bingo! Found it- I think-

-it looks like a Samick EAG-88 "Blue Ridge".

Being as it's in the "Blueburst" finish, it's probably an early 1995 model; later '95 versions were "natural" in finish-color. The model was discontinued in 1995.

It looks very similar to some guitars that bore the "Dean" (IIRC) and "Rogue" brand-names in the Musician's Friend catalog years ago, as well; they may have been made by Samick.

Here's some info on it, "blue book" on a blue guitar:

Blue Book of Acoustic Guitars by Zachary R. Fjestad, S. P. Fjestad > Books.Google.com > Samick Blue Ridge EAG-88

And from another source:

Samick site

http://www.smcmusic.com/

Guitar Museum

http://www.guitar-museum.com/

Samick listings at that site

http://www.guitar-museum.com/manufacturer.php?ID=1314

I found no listings for the model Caeven mentioned but I didn't look at every photo at the museum site.

I suspect this is a guitar that you have direct access to; is there no model # or anythink other than the headstock logo ?
