BUT...I did own a samick 5 string bass in the early 90s and it had the same logo (way before the Greg Bennet designed line)so perhaps that might indicate it's vintage _ albeit very roughly. Whose guitar is that? Knowing where you got those pictures could help track one down for you... EDIT: Bingo! Found it- I think- -it looks like a Samick EAG-88 "Blue Ridge". Being as it's in the "Blueburst" finish, it's probably an early 1995 model; later '95 versions were "natural" in finish-color. The model was discontinued in 1995. It looks very similar to some guitars that bore the "Dean" (IIRC) and "Rogue" brand-names in the Musician's Friend catalog years ago, as well; they may have been made by Samick.
