Back to Basics Suggestions

Hi Folks. I have been playing off and on for 20 years mostly rock and blues though I studied classical as a child until I was seduced by the rock. I have picked up bad habits which I would like to address: poor fingering, favoring "guitar" keys over others, less dexterity in LH than RH, poor reading skills. I think 1 hour a day working some exercies with a book and metronome would be a good place to start. Right now I am working with the New England Conservatory course for pianoforte. Any suggestions on good books or online material to help rebuild fundamentals? David Pearl's piano exercises for dummies looks appealling. Someone posted months back a laundry list of things that every rock-blues player should work on, but I can't for the life of me find it by searching. Thanks in advance for any input. Go Steelers.
