"compatible"...???

Well...if you mean can the speaker handle the amp...yeah.

It's an 8 Ohm speaker that can take LOTS of watts.

So...since it would plug into a 4 Ohm output on the amp...that means the 120 watt amp would drop some of it's power...not half, but more like 1/3.

It may actually make the amp more efficient when played dimed (though not sure you need to ever dime a 120W amp ).

But...other than the "specs" being compatible...you would be using a PA column, a "stage speaker"... for a guitar amp. :(

Mmmmmmm...no...not very compatible in my book.

Probably. At a quick glance, the Crate doesn't reference an output impedance. Make sure it's 8 ohms or less.

One thing to keep in mind thought is that it will likely sound like crap. Combining a guitar amp with a PA speaker and presumably playing guitar through it will not sound very good.
