Pernax
Season's greetings, folks! Now that we're well in to December, I thought I'd post a few tunes of ours that fit the season. A few things make these stand out from what you'd normally expect from your carol, being sung in Finnish is surely one of them: Ozzie's Silent Night Muppet Jingle Ronnie's Carol Extremely White X-mas Extremely Traditional Finnish Charol Sibelius high on eggnog Hope you guys like 'em! -P (up to 200 characters) You may use UBBCode in your signature. kenfxj
My parents come from the Åland Islands. I've visited there a few times. I can get by pretty well with Swedish, but I still can't understand a word of Finnish. Yet I found that strangely enjoyable. Thanks! Push the button Frank. jcadmus
Here's a favorite: On a more serious note, I was going to pick up a copy of Chris Squire's Swiss Choir, which is supposed to be quite good. But it's going for $35 on Amazon, which is a ridiculous amount of money to pay for a record. Bottomgottem
Stryper records and releases a totally secular Christmas song. Irony? My whole trick is to keep the tune well out in front. If I play Tchaikovsky, I play his melodies and skip his spiritual struggle. ~Liberace
doc taz
Stryper records and releases a totally secular Christmas song. Irony? I don't see a problem with it, though. It's not like they were playing King Diamond's "No Presents for Christmas". sevenstring.org profile my flickr page
