We're all wearing Giants hats. We went out on the field and sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame during the seventh inning stretch. Free download of my cd!.
moot Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 We went out on the field and sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame during the seventh inning stretch. That's one of the coolest things ever Jeremy. How many folks were in the stands? "He is to music what Stevie Wonder is to photography." getz76 I have nothing nice to say so . . .

Cthulhu Fhtagn Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Some guys get all the good gigs. Bleh! Did you sing, or just lay down the bass line? Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn
jeremy c Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 I played guitar and sang with the group. There was no electricity on the field and no time to set anything up. They put two mikes in front of us, so we used guitars, hand percussion, and wind instruments. Free download of my cd!.
kenfxj Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 That stuff you do with the Giants is too damn cool. Push the button Frank.
jeremy c Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 I played in the SF 49ers band one season, too, sight-reading in front of 55,000 people. But no one could see the band. We were under a tent (on the field level, right next to the 50 yard line). Free download of my cd!.
Brocko777 Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Some nice shots Jeremy. Don't have a job you don't enjoy. If you're happy in what you're doing, you'll like yourself, you'll have inner peace. ~ Johnny Carson
... Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 The drummer in the first shot looks like George Lucas.
davio Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 It IS George Lucas! You can tell by the industrial light and magic happening in the air.
... Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 It IS George Lucas! You can tell by the industrial light and magic happening in the air. I didn't notice any hand guns turning into walkie-talkies.
davio Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 I didn't notice any hand guns turning into walkie-talkies. No, but if you put on 3D glasses and look through one eye at a time you can only see JC's bass or the guitar player's music stand.
Tenstrum Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 It IS George Lucas! You can tell by the industrial light and magic happening in the air. I didn't notice any hand guns turning into walkie-talkies. LOL! Obscure Bump. Tenstrum "Paranoid? Probably. But just because you're paranoid doesn't mean there isn't an invisible demon about to eat your face." Harry Dresden, Storm Front
Chewbubba Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 The drummer in the first shot looks like George Lucas. LOL All he needs is a flannel shirt and a willingness to rework the band as many times as possible to satisfy an increasingly warped view of the group. A stiffy somewhere in the city sewer system...
Bottomgottem Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 The drummer in the first shot looks like George Lucas. LOL All he needs is a flannel shirt and a willingness to rework the band as many times as possible to satisfy an increasingly warped view of the group. Actually, he did rework the pic. In the original photo, Jeremy was wearing The Shirt. My whole trick is to keep the tune well out in front. If I play Tchaikovsky, I play his melodies and skip his spiritual struggle. ~Liberace
