Well, not my favorite Prince tune for sure, but it beats the living snot out of the version the Stones did. That was just sad.

I cannot stand that cheesy string pad in the background though... I horn section meandering over a Rhodes and a real cello would send it over the top for me!

Appart from the solo...it has a very cheap, "MIDI demo" quality to it....

...but nice guitar.

I like that screaching tone he used.
