flatfinger Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 Hey , I've noticed that for the Korg TR-76 76-Key Keyboard Workstation... http://img3.musiciansfriend.com/dbase/pics/products/regular/9/6/0/339960.jpg the board starts at E while the Korg M3 73-Key Music Workstation... http://img3.musiciansfriend.com/dbase/pics/products/regular/9/3/3/501933.jpg It starts at C. Is there any reason behind this ????? (Humor me, I started out on guitar !)

Dave Horne Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 My keyboard has 88 keys, but they're not in the sequence I like. What can I do? No guitarists were harmed during the making of this message. In general, harmonic complexity is inversely proportional to the ratio between chording and non-chording instruments.
MuzikTeechur Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 As a member of the Masons I can say with 100% surety that we had nothing to do with this. Tonysounds Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 I noticed on mine that I'm missing every third other Bflat key. Where can I send it to be fixed? Hitting "Play" does NOT constitute live performance. -Me.

marino Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 This one starts on E and ends with a G... but just 64 notes. http://www.rhodeschroma.com/content/gallery/21030691b.jpg
MikeT156 Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 I like the C to C arrangement. I've always found that having the lowest bass note an "E" is not quite low enough. I'd rather give up some higher notes that I never use and have more bass notes so I can actually play the KB like a piano. Too bad the piano sound on the M3 isn't all that great. The strings could use some help too. Mike T. MikeT156 Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Hey Greg: I suppose its not fair to be under-impressed with the demos because all I ever heard were the NAMM demos and MP3's.
