Jode
Can I borrow $3750? "I had to have something, and it wasn't there. I couldn't go down the street and buy it, so I built it." Les Paul
Jim Alfredson
Uh, I know someone here in town that has one with a matching PR40 cabinet. Same finish. Keep it greazy! B3tles - Soul Jazz THEO - Prog Rock
mate stubb
The finish is called "limed oak". I owned a C-3 in that same finish which was the finest sounding Hammond I have ever played. I used it recently on a recording session, and hope to own it again some day. It too has a matching PR-40. The finish on mine has turned a bit more golden, which I like quite a bit more. http://www.hotrodmotm.com/images/hammond/mansionstudio2.jpg Oh, and I paid $500 for this organ. Don't hate me! http://www.hotrodmotm.com/images/hammond/mansionstudio1.jpg Moe ---

Jode
Oh, and I paid $500 for this organ. Don't hate me! Too late. I hate you. A friend once scored a 1952 BV, with Leslie (147?), bench, pedals, and top cover, at a thrift store for $150. By the time he had five bills invested, it had a Trek percussion unit and a three-speed Leslie motor. Hated him too - maybe more. So don't take it personally. Clavinovaguyusa
Not a B3 or C3, but I picked up a B2 for the moving cost of $89. After unjamming the oscillator mechanism, and it sitting around in my house for 6 years, I sold it for $800. I then used $800 to purchase a Rodgers 32C three manual church organ and speaker tower. The speakers are now in someone's warehouse studio and the organ is in storage.
