jeremy c
Rudy Sarzo has played bass for Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Manic Eden, Dio and Blue Öyster Cult, and Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force. Maybe you'd get one of those gigs by being in the right place at the right time, but to get all them, Rudy must be doing something extremely right besides having cool hair and great stage moves. Hmm. He's 58 now. I wonder if the hair is real. Free download of my cd!.
Nazman06
Gene Simmons - all though I love early Kiss and I'm a fan of Gene Simmons in general, his ability to actually play this instrament is poor at best. Lemmie - might as well be playing the guitar, does no justice to the bass. Just using it to get a point accross (which he does quite well but still sucks as a bass player) Billy Sheehan - if you want to play lead then play the guitar I don't mean to offend Hello, I am new here and this is my first post. I would consider Gene and Lemmy overrated if people were saying how good they were on bass all the time.I don't read too much about how good they are.I think Gene did some great walking bass lines that would leave the Kiss tunes empty without them. Just don't encourage him to do a solo. And Lemmy is just Lemmy laying down the low end while he sings.
