ITGITC
For the true Dan fan, check out the link. This is a geat DVD that this clip was taken from... http://youtube.com/watch?v=CH0JpBzi68E Definitely one of my favorites. cnegrad
As long as we're talking about SD, here's a question for ya. Tom, maybe this one is right up your alley: If I recall correctly, there have been a few remastered (or remixed?) versions of the Aja album over the years. Is there an acknowledged "best" improved version, and if so, can you point me to it? I'd like to have the best possible fidelity for this classic. ITGITC
You know, cnegrad, I looked and saw that Amazon.com says its 'Aja' cd is remastered. However, I'm not certain if there is an even better copy of this gem or not. I'll keep my eyes open. If I find it I'll buy a copy for you and a copy for me. cnegrad
Thanks Tom; other than the word "remastered", I wouldn't even know what to look for.
Nordude
LOL! So the DVD you guys are talking about is this one? http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=1281966 Yep! The Classic Albums one. Another great fragment is where D+W comment on the various guitar solo's on Peg... well, comment... they merely look at each other and understand without words why they didn't pick the various solo's (until the definitive one), while the viewer isn't offered any (or at least very little) explanation. They only say "speaks for itself" and all that kind of short notes... Watchhere from 4:11 to ca 6:20. Great Buy it, nice to watch and rewatch.
