Alesis Fusion 8HD vs Triton Extreme 61 vs Yamaha Motif

OK I don't no what to do... I want to buy a new keybaoard... i'm a metal keyboardist and singer... I want a keyboard to do :

Metal guitaristic solos (like Jordan or Derek of Dream Theater)

Have good strings ans piano sounds<

Good guitar sound ( now I use edirol quartet and amplitube to emulate guitar and it rock's)

Analog synth style sound with possibilities to put a good distortion on it... ( now i use wavestation vsti and amplitube to make my lead)

Sampling possibilities

Sequencing

Easy live setting (1 touch pattern) for a singer

 

The Alesis Fusion 8HD is interesting... but i now that it don't include good guitar sound... but do you think with samples i can do something near edirol super quartet... and do you think that alesis have good distortion or amp preset (like amplitube vst ).

Can I sample the minilead of wave station and import it with the Alesis Fusion... do you think I have to choose the Alesis Fusion 8HD or the Triton extreme 61 or the Yamaha motif...

I have the Extreme. It's a great performance keyboard. The tube is great.

 

I don't own the MOSS board, but I am very satisfied with what this board can do. I've had it for a few years and I am only scratching the surface.

 

The Alesis is a great budget-minded entry into work-stations. They put alot of thought into the board. It has more immediate flexibilty for recording than the Extreme. Looks like a good studio board.

 

With all the workstations you've mentioned (you left out Roland : love that D-beam! ) - it takes some hand-on time to really get into the particulars.

 

Getting a good "metal lead" sound can be achieved with almost any synth on the market. It's up to the keyboardist to execute the desired performance.
