miroslav
Someone is selling one locally for $350. I've Googled it to death and only came up with a manual written in Japanese. I get the feeling this is an older model by the lack of info on the websites...but then, what little I found seems to indicate that it was a high end model at the time. Does anyone here know anything about the C-55...how good are the piano sounds...is it worth $350 assuming it is in good condition...??? Dave Bryce
Go play it. If you like the way it sounds, buy it. If you want to know specs, contact Korg US Product Support. (631) 390-8737 dB ==> David Bryce Music • Funky Young Monks <==
miroslav
I've been to the Korg site...their search engine turns up nothing. It appears to be a an early 90's vintage with all the sequencing/multi-sound bells and whistles. I've found this link of a German composer playing a 1993 Korg C-55 in concert (by himself) in 2005: http://www.palersproject.com/trace/homburg_tschirner.htm That's about all I've turned up googling. As far as playing it...it's already boxed for moving/shipping.... Its moslty a curiosity. miroslav - miroslavmusic.com "Just because it happened to you, it doesn't mean it's important."
