Wow, talk about spanning decades. Ted Nugent seems to be the odd man out, but they can all do that bombastic guitar thing. A little disappointing to have Kenny Wayne Shepard doing what sounds a lot like a retro show already though

I don't know about Kenny Wayne... The two times I've seen him he opened for the Allman Brothers and for G3... Neither of those is what I would call... "today's music"... The folks that come and see ZZ Top and the Nuge, should be a good match for Kenny. Sounds like a fun show. Enjoy! :thu: guitplayer

As I understand it KWS has double troube as his backing band on this tour. That's kinda retro as well. :D

They're coming to my neighborhood on June 18. I saw the Nuge open for KISS, and I grew up on "Double Live Gonzo" on EIGHT-TRACK. I'd love to go, but thanks to my new wheels, I will be too broke to go. :mad: :cry: :mad: :( :freak:
