Greetings all.

I first met Benjy Myaz in Kingston Jamaica in 1997 (if I remember well) at a friends apartment. He had brought his first video for preview, and was setting out for a solo career after touring for years with Jimmy Cliff etc..

 

Since then, he's released 3 albums that he's produced and sang on (he has an amazing soulful voice ), plus producing songs for other big names in Reggae.

Recently, he's told me that he's releasing the very FIRST Bass Solo album in Jamaica! I was so happy that Reggae music now has a bassist 'venturing out into this field .
