Phil W
If any of you KC guys fancies a realtime jam; we're organising a jam/get together of the London Lowdown forum members. It's probably going to be at a rehearsal studio around April 11th. Any London KC members (or those that can get to London) would be welcome though it will be a bass-centric event. Details (as they emerge) on the LOBSTER thread on the Lowdown forum. http://philwbass.com

Phil W
Bump . . . Any more takers? April 11th at 2-6 in the afternoon is confirmed for the London Lowdown jam. I have booked the Green rehearsal room at The Joint in Kings Cross. I can sort you out Zone 2 parking if necessary - though that would mean legging ten minutes with gear. http://www.thejoint.org.uk/index.asp I have booked a drumkit. I have not booked any backline yet (we have a lovely PA). If you need an amp, let me know and I will book it, or you can call them direct. The studio is booked in the name of Lowdown! details http://philwbass.com

Gismo Recording
Cool. I see that not only were you able to find a drummer, you found 2. Congrats. Ken Denny Gismo Recording So Cliché
Phil W
Yes, one of the bassplayers also plays drums. Luckily it meant we could all play and not always have four basses. Rahsaan did an admirable jam - very funky and we had a great drummer -Brett. It took some sensitivity to make music with so many bassists but it worked and it was a lot of fun. http://philwbass.com
