captainmri
A buddy of mine's on the verge of snagging one of these little Roland amps. One question...when you use the line out, does it defeat the speaker? He wants to use it as monitor and plug into the PA... chip

I'm guessing (you didn't clearly state which one you want, that it DOES or DOESN'T) from what you wrote that you don't want it to defeat the speaker. If it has a seperate line out, and headphone jack, most likely no line out won't defeat the speaker. The cool thing, anytime you have a headphone jack (and as far as I know they always defeat the speaker) you can plug in a dummy plug and use line out without having the speaker play also. ==================================================== Check out my original music at http://www.soundclick.com/bands/jacker "In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but not in practice."
