rhythmrocker Posted July 27, 2006 Posted July 27, 2006 In 1990, I purchased a half-space, 100-watt solid state amplifier made by Hughes and Kettner. I used this to drive a Mesa Thiel Cabinet in a stereo set-up (along with my ADA MP-1!). I sold it, regrettably now. I am looking for one - what was its offical product name? - so I can scour ads. I HAVE contacted H&K and am waiting a response.please help me

rhythmrocker Posted July 27, 2006 Author Posted July 27, 2006 No - close though. It only had a master volume since it was only an amp.

Mudcat Posted July 27, 2006 Posted July 27, 2006 Was it a CF-100 Guitar Slave? http://i11.ebayimg.com/01/i/07/ba/0e/b1_1.JPG In addition to a volume knob, this thing has a "character" control that is supposed to help emulate the characteristics of a tube power amp.
