superdave
I have a Squire Affinity Strat. The D string has very little clearance at the bridge pup and the string buzzes on the round part of it. I don't want to raise the string as I have the action just wher I want it to be. So how do I lower the bridge pup?
A String
Are there not screws on either side of the pup? If so, turning them raises and lowers the pup. Be careful not to go to far or it will fall off the screw and then you have to take the pickguard off to get at it and put it back on. superdave
Craig which way do I turn the screw to drop the pup? Is it similar to adjusting the action of the strings? To drop my strings I turn the screw counter clockwise.
A String
Clockwise raises, counterclockwise lowers. Craig Stringnetwork on Facebook String Network Forum My Music
Zephyr
yes, there are two screws on both sides of it, and turning them to the left will lower it. Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=810593 http://www.myspace.com/dandelavega
