condor guitars?

ever heard of it?

picked this one up sunday, it's a antigua burst strat copy in almost mint condition, needed to replace the tuners but that's all.

there is a small sticker on the back of the headstock that says made in japan.

the body looks like it's made from elder (3 piece) the neck is flamed maple with skunkstripe and plays smooth.

only the sustain block used confused me ,that is made out of a U profile so i had a hard time getting the strings trough to the other end,

kept missing that hole.

but it's okay and well build, and for only 45 euro you can't go wrong.

no way, i burned for about 30 euro on high octane to get it home.

was a package also gotten a good hondo from that guy for 75 euro, possible a matsumoku hondo.

set neck all mahogany hondo's are rare almost all are bolt on.

i wanted the hondo, but this condor was laying around there too so i took it home also.

don't get me wrong that hondo is also great but this condor wasn't the one i went for, it just was a bonus to find it there.

and that's the one who blown me away.
