Junior 1
I had tennis elbow from tennis. I wore the brace and it workrd, but I also changed rackets. It was sending too much shock into my arm. Whoever said, find the cause was right. There's something making it cronic. You have to find out what. It does go away though. Advil!
D_dup3
Just to be clear, I think there's nothing wrong with using weights or whatever form of exercise one prefers. The problems arise when people take things too fast, trying to accelerate their development without proper preparation, something which can take longer than we often think. Good luck whatever approach you take, Flag.

Gifthorse
Hey I wanted to update that I got a brace called an air cast. Anyways it is working nicely at work and whatever. It is amazing really. When I play guitar I don't use it. It just seems to hit the right spot on my arm to give it the support so I can lift stuff up without pain. There is still a little pain if I clown around too much, but I think it is going to heal up nicely. Thanks. http://flagshipmile.dmusic.com/ http://www.myspace.com/gifthorse

Big Red 67
I had it as a kid. Left me with a limited range of motion. Then I had a motorcycle wreak. Messed up the same arm. Ended up with full range of motion after I healed? Strange stuff the body! Big Red's Ride Blog
