Billster Posted June 30, 2006 Posted June 30, 2006 billhartzell.com A little bit of coding hell, downloading some ftp and html editor apps (amazing what you can get for free these days) hexing myself in photoshop, etc., etc. It's all homemade, pics and everything. For you dial-up users, give about a minute for the front page to load, I did some rollovers, so the alternate graphics have to load for you to get the most out of it. I had a small beta test among friends, but I haven't had a comprehensive checklist - if anything looks/acts weird, let me know what browser and OS you are using, maybe I can debug it. There's a few soundclips buried in the pages too Buy my CD on CD Baby! Bill Hartzell - the website MySpace?!?!

caprae Posted June 30, 2006 Posted June 30, 2006 BIll, who did your photography? They did a great job! I noticed your picture on the "what do you look like" thread and felt then you must have had a pro take that for some sort of promo. I, for one, thank you that it all works on the Mac. I did the photos thanks Little Canon A70 3 megapixel. I used a lot of macro mode to get a shallow depth of focus, and cropped things for my size requirements. I also changed the resolution and compressed the hell out of the images for the web. I do need to get some proper promo photos done. My last 8x10 glossy is almost 20 years old Buy my CD on CD Baby! You get a preview screen on the monitor. So my face illuminated by the computer screen (typical) which is showing the composition of the shot. The room is regular light. I used a longer exposure with no flash. Buy my CD on CD Baby! Bill Hartzell - the website MySpace?!?!
