I forced myself to listen 1 1/2 times and then took the disc to the used CD store. This current disc put me to sleep.

I think the above quote is somewhat harsh but I can see where Yze is coming from. he is an excellent player but he hasnt for me done anything to extrordinary for a good few years. But the best gig I have ever seen was Gilmour at the Festival hall playing acoustically with Richard wright on keys and Bob geldoff made an apperance, but Gilmours playing was truly stunning, his singing was a little dodgy at points but what a player

Love life, some twists and turns are more painful than others, but love life.....

The new Gilmour solo album is incredible. It may be the most melancholy, laid back, yet kick butt powerful guitar music ever. Gilmour will never fail you......the british caucasion version of Robert Johnson
