    FIRST OF ALL DONT USE PLEXIGLASS use LEXAN its more flexable and durable you can drill it and it wont crack also it can come tinted cut a 4by 8 sheet width wise into 2 ft cuts and assemble with piano hinge if your on a budget there you go BIG B
