  1. The Legend Soul looks amazing. Can anyone tell me please ,as I have a Hammond XK3c & Crumar Mojo with only 1 set of drawbars for upper & lower manual, do you need 2 sets of drawbars to be able to split each manual ? As per this Frank Montis video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nGSzRl1t-o He is able to comp chords on the lower manual while also having a setting for Left Hand bassline. Does that mean He has 2 different settings set on the lower manual ? If that is the case the CRUMAR MOJO poses same issue cause it has only the one set of drawbars for each manual (?) (just incase video links are not allowed) It's Frank Montis youtube channel & 'Play Like a Pro with this Carefree Hammond Organ Blues Exercise' thanks so for any advice, Niall.
  2. Wow, did you manage to fix you're problem with the Mojo suitcase? was just about the purchase either the Mojo Suitcase or the non-suitcase classic option, did not know about this issue. I used to get really bad electric shock & static build up off my Roland RD700nx ,but not off a Hammond XK3c. Living in wetter climate than yourselves though probably(Ireland) Asides that ,has anyone anyone here got any preferences between 1)the suitcase & non-suitcase Mojo Classic's ,and also 2)anyone got experience of the VISCOUNT Legend Live ,as compared to the CRUMAR MOJO ? https://www.thomann.de/ie/viscount_legend_live_black_signature.htm
  3. Please if anyone uses the Crumar and/or Viscount Legend ,any info appreciated: I'm an intermediate player, not professional level. If anyone has experience of either of these Organs can you please help me choose which one might suit me best? I own a Hammond XK3c, trying to get an easier rig to play live & travel to rehearsals with. 2nd question is the Hammond XK3c I learnt to play on, has only 1 set of drawbars for each manual. The Crumar is the same, while the Viscount Legend has 2 sets of drawbars for EACH manual. Since I've never had 2 sets of drawbars for each manual am I: 1)missing out not have both sets of drawbars 2) does it limit you a huge amount to have only 1 set of drawbars in your opinion? I'd be so grateful for any help available. thank you, Niall. https://www.thomann.de/ie/crumar_mojo_suitcase.htm https://www.thomann.de/ie/viscount_legend_live_black_signature.htm
  4. I judt have an XK3c Hammond going into normal stereo keyboard amp(Roland SA1000) the onboard Leslie effect of the Hammond is useless apparantly ,but I've never tried a good one, this is the first one I've ever hand, Can you tell me please is it possible to get a rotating speaker for under $1000 & do I need the rotating (Leslie type) speaker to work in conjunction with amplifier, or do you use the rotater on it's own/ are they single unit amp/rotation speaker all in one? Sinceren thanks for any info!
  5. Anyone have this speaker by Viscount or can share any info on it please, basically is it any good? Looks good ,built like a tank & a Leslie type rotator . Ok to use with Hammond XK3c ? Are there other Hammond/Leslie rotator speakers but cheaper than the modern midi leslie's that any can inform me of ? Thanks to everyone for any help. https://www.viscountinstruments.com/instrument/hurricane-210-2/
  6. "One problem with the Viscount 18 is the naturals are shorter than standard and therefore your heal is much closer to the hinge making them harder to play" Hi Dave, that's interesting about the 18 pedal board being shorter, I didn't realize that & I was just about the purchase the 18 note Viscount board & sell my 27 pedal Viscount pedal board. Can you confirm it's the 18 note board your talking about as adverstised here that has the shorter pedals please? Just so I'm sure...: https://www.thomann.de/ie/viscount_legend_pedalboard_18.htm
