  1. I'm reading this without my glasses and I thought you said that you needed a UI for Drummers.
  2. An alternate take on this from the Register "Some things should remain dead". https://www.theregister.com/2023/04/21/aisis/
  3. You could try contacting Korg Canada: https://korgcanada.com/
  4. I don't know about the SKX Pro and its menu structure, but the CU! switch works as expected on the SK1. Down in the menus you need to ensure that "Foot Swich - Device (G)" is set to "CU-1" rather than "Foot SW".
  5. Thank you to everybody who has replied -- lots of good information and some actionable suggestions. I will give them a try. It is reassuring to learn that it can be a concern and that I wasn't just missing something that is blatantly obvious. Thanks again.
  6. Warning: Newbie with newbie question upcoming. Let me frame my issue based on experience on a Hammond sk1 and its organ section, although I suspect the issue is more general. The issue/question is: how do you deal with the output volume changes that accompany draw bar changes? Naively I would think there is about a factor of nine change in output volume from having one draw bar extended to all nine extended. (I don't know that it is actually a factor of nine, but it is large and significant.) How can one maintain a stable place in the mix with that sort of variation? Expecting the sound guy -- assuming you have a sound guy -- to take care of it doesn't seem to wash on the basis on the basis of what I read over on Reddit's r/LiveSound -- sound guys want volume consistency among patches and will probably bury you if you surprise them with an unexpected volume change. So, is this a real issue and if so, how do you handle it?
