Many Thanks dB!

I started with Finale while in grad school. Back in those days Finale had a ridiculous learning curve. I understand that it's much better now.
I used Encore for a while and it was ok for lead sheets but not much else. I switched to Sibelius somewhere around 2.0 and currently using 7.0 on a PC. I find it very stable and don't plan to upgrade.
I have looked at Dorico and I have to admit I'd like to make the switch I seem to keep waiting for when I have more cash.

We can still celebrate his work.

My Apologies Jazzooo. I hijacked the thread. Can anyone help with the original topic?

Take a look at DrumJam.
Thanks Bobby. I think this is what I'm looking for.

Yes - Soft Drummer.
Thanks Drawback. I'll check it out.

The Brazilian Drum Machine does a really good job using a drum set.
I couldn't find a setting that uses hand percussion. Is there one or is there another app that does?
My apologies if I'm hijacking the thread.

I've been fortunate to have traveled and performed in Northern Italy several times as part of the Alba Music Festival.
The G is definitely silent.

I've been using Sibelius for a long time but I've been unhappy with the direction the software has gone. It's time to switch.
Thanks for the link Elmer.

I'm interested in this organ sounds but would not buy for the "Rhodes" sound.

Can someone recommend a case for the SK-2 that has back straps?

Btw,I've been able to get a quite usable AP sound out of the SK by tweaking the EV eq and velocity values. The SK piano can be way better than what you hear from the factory AP patches. I like it quite a bit better than the PX5s APs. Who knew?
Hey Pa, I'd also appreciate some more info on how you tweaked to get a better AP.
Thanks

Hi Howard,
Thanks for the info. I'm now leaning towards the sk2. I figure if I have to have 88 keys for something I can use my Casio PX 5S. My Kurzweil PC88 which I love will never leave the house again.
Thanks again

I'm an amateur pianist that is itching to get that Hammond sound. I have no experience as an organist and am wondering if the SK1-88 might be a better fit for me. Am I going to regret not having a 2nd manual that SK2 has if I have 88 keys?
Thanks for any advice.

Is this an A13 chord or something else? Help identifying.

The upper notes look like a typical choice for a 3 note voicing off the 7th. If it was off the 3rd, I'd probably play C#-G and some type of 9th depending on the function of the chord.
As given I'd call it A13.
