I'm offering a newly revised summary lesson on picking techniques, their advantages and disadvantages. It might contain some data you haven't seen before. This is a free article which towards the end also describes how it came about that I developed a new approach, combining the advantages of alternate picking with a fast, non-effort way of crossing strings.
